What does the Alignment Review add beyond the Pilot?
The Alignment Review ($149 one-time) extends Caidance from website intelligence into business systems alignment. Where the CDI measures how AI-readable your website is, the Alignment Review assesses how well your systems (CMS, CRM, ecommerce, accounting, ERP) work together — with an Alignment Score (0-60), stack-specific findings that name your actual tools, and a prioritized roadmap. Your advisor also gains awareness of your declared stack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Pilot is month to month with no contract. Cancel from your account page; you keep access through the end of the billing period. Anything you have marked complete stays in your history if you return.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If your first month of the Pilot does not deliver value, contact support within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. The $149 Alignment Review carries the same 14-day policy.
Do I have to give my email to take the assessment?
You can preview your CDI score at the end of the assessment without giving an email. To save your results, get your report, and use the advisor, you provide an email. No credit card is required at any point in the free path.
